    Definition of phase change microcapsules


    微胶囊技术是一种运用成膜材料将固体或液体包覆成具有核壳结构微粒的技术,所得微粒称为微胶囊。

    Microcapsule technology is a technology that uses film-forming materials to coat solids or liquids into particles with a core-shell structure. The resulting particles are called microcapsules.


    微胶囊的制备技术起源于20实际50年代,在70年代中期得到迅猛的发展,在此时期出现了微胶囊化产品和工艺。如:药物、酶、香水、催化剂、染料等产品都应用了微胶囊化的封装形式。

    相变微胶囊借鉴了这一技术,将相变材料分散成球形小颗粒,然后在表面封装一层性能稳定的壳材,最终形成相变微胶囊。将相变材料微胶囊化这一技术很好的解决了其应用中的问题与难点(液体材料流失,腐蚀性,体积变化率等)。相变微胶囊的芯材-相变材料在吸热时成液态,但外壳仍为固体,因此材料的外形仍为固态颗粒。

The core material of the phase change microcapsule-the phase change material becomes a liquid when it absorbs heat, but the outer shell is still solid, so the shape of the material is still solid particles.
