1、面料Fabric

涤纶面料复合PVC并做防霉处理、成品面料防霉防泼水。面料花型款式可依据客户指定花型定做，或采用现有花型面料制作。

Polyester fabric is compounded with PVC and treated with anti-mildew, and the finished fabric is anti-mildew and water repellent. The fabric pattern style can be customized according to the pattern specified by the customer, or made with existing pattern fabrics.

2、内材Internal materials

a.相变材料：在某一固定温度点，保持长时间温度恒定的情况下，缓慢改变物理状态（固态-液态，液态-固态）的同时，会吸收或者释放大量的热量。

a. Phase change material: At a fixed temperature point, maintaining a constant temperature for a long time, slowly changing the physical state (solid-liquid, liquid-solid) at the same time, will absorb or release a large amount of heat.

    内材为无机相变材料的冰垫俗称为冰沙垫。

    The ice pad whose inner material is an inorganic phase change material is commonly called a smoothie pad.

    以我司专利相变材料为内材，设置适宜的温度点为30度，冰垫边缘环境温度高于或者低于30度，冰垫会发挥作用，吸收或放出热量，以达到一个动态的能量守恒。

    Using our patented phase change material as the internal material, the appropriate temperature point is set to 30 degrees, and the ambient temperature at the edge of the ice pad is higher or lower than 30 degrees. The ice pad will play a role to absorb or release heat to achieve a dynamic energy Conservation.

b.凝胶：90%的成分为水，高吸水性材料聚合水形成固态凝胶，因此被俗称为水凝胶。

二、产品特点Product features

冰沙冰垫Smoothie ice pad

1、冰沙垫在储冷量饱和状态时，内材相变材料为固态形式。当外界温度高于30度或在使用时，内材相变材料开始吸热并逐渐由固态转变为液态。

     When the ice sand pad is in the state of saturated cold storage capacity, the internal phase change material is in a solid form. When the outside temperature is higher than 30 degrees or in use, the internal phase change material begins to absorb heat and gradually changes from a solid state to a liquid state.

2、冰沙垫在储冷量饱和状态时，依据使用情况和环境可持续制冷时间可达到2-6小时。

     When the cold storage capacity of the smoothie pad is saturated, the sustainable cooling time can reach 2-6 hours according to the use situation and the environment.

3、冰沙垫 固态-液态 和 液态-固态，为一个循环，冰沙垫在经过3000-5000次循环后，制冷效果依然可以达到初始状态的80%。

     The smoothie pad is solid-liquid and liquid-solid, which is a cycle. The cooling effect of the smoothie pad can still reach 80% of the initial state after 3000-5000 cycles.

凝胶冰垫Gel ice pad

水凝胶的柔软度高，并具有高回弹性，因其主成分为水，所以冰凉效果优于其他种类凝胶。

The hydrogel has high softness and high resilience. Because its main component is water, the cooling effect is better than other types of gels.

四、冰垫使用说明Instructions for use of ice pad

1、冰垫未达冷饱和或者使用之后，需放置于空调房或低温处预冷。

After the ice pad has not reached cold saturation or used, it needs to be placed in an air-conditioned room or a low temperature place to pre-cool.

2、小孩或老人使用时，如感觉太凉，则建议垫一层床单。

When children or the elderly feel too cold, it is recommended to use a bed sheet.

3、冰垫脏污可用清洁剂清洗，抹布擦拭，不宜用刷子。另需在阴凉处摊平晾干，不宜被阳光直射或悬挂晾干。

The dirty ice pad can be cleaned with detergent and wiped with a cloth instead of a brush. In addition, it needs to be spread out to dry in a cool place, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight or hung to dry.

4、存放冰垫处环境温度应在28度以下并避免阳光直射。
