  •       为了进一步加强煤矿安全生产工作,全面提升煤矿安全保障能力,根据《国家安全监督总局国家煤矿安监局关于建设完善煤矿井下安全避险六大系统(指检测监控系统、井下人员定位系统、紧急避难系统、压风自救系统、供水施救系统和通信联络系统)的通知》,在20126月底前,所有煤(岩) 与瓦斯(二氧化碳)突出矿井,中央企业和国有重点煤矿中的高瓦斯、开采容易自然煤层的矿井,要完成紧急避险系统的建设完善工作;20136月底前,其他所有煤矿要完成紧急避险系统的建设完善工作。
