           广义地说,蓄能技术就是将化学能、水能、热能、电能等不同形式的能根据需要储存起来,在需要时释放出来提供使用的技术。相变蓄能技术是根据物质的三相特质(即固相、液相、气相)之间的相互转换实现蓄能及放能。以水为例:固相为冰、液相为水、气相为水蒸气。当固相冰变成液相水需要吸收大量的热这就是吸热现象,反之从液相的水变成固相的冰要放出大量的热(或者是吸收大量的冷)这就是放热现象。物质材料在温度变化时有相变现象发生和没有相变发生,其吸收和放出的热能相差数倍到数百倍。所谓相变蓄能就是利用这个原理,按冷链运输不同的温度需求将不同相变温度的材料进行合理配置达到相变蓄冷蓄热的效果,其物理反应验证了能量守恒定律。

            Broadly speaking, energy storage technology is a technology that stores different forms of energy such as chemical energy, water energy, thermal energy, and electrical energy as needed, and releases it for use when needed. Phase-change energy storage technology is based on the mutual conversion of the three-phase characteristics of substances (ie, solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase) to achieve energy storage and discharge. Take water as an example: the solid phase is ice, the liquid phase is water, and the gas phase is water vapor. When solid phase ice becomes liquid phase water, it needs to absorb a lot of heat, which is endothermic phenomenon. On the contrary, from liquid phase water to solid phase ice, it needs to release a lot of heat (or absorb a lot of cold), which is exothermic phenomenon. . When the temperature of the material changes, there is a phase change phenomenon and no phase change occurs, and the heat energy absorbed and released differs from several times to hundreds of times. The so-called phase-change energy storage is to use this principle to reasonably configure materials with different phase-change temperatures according to the different temperature requirements of cold chain transportation to achieve the effect of phase-change cold storage and heat storage, and its physical reaction verifies the law of conservation of energy.
