    一、介绍 Introduction

             此阻燃剂是非磷非氮的环保阻燃剂,阻燃剂采用新型的三源技术结构设计,在高温下的三源结构相互反应,形成隔热隔温的效果。

             This flame retardant is a non-phosphorus and non-nitrogen environmentally friendly flame retardant. The flame retardant adopts a new three-source technical structure design.     、阻燃原理 The principle of flame retardant

            

            当物体表面温度超过 200 度时,酸源与气源发生反应,产生氮气,同时碳源会在高温下产生碳化反应,形成一种碳化发泡膜,氮气在碳化层表面进行发泡,生成阻隔物体表面的热量和氧气的发泡板,从而达到阻燃的效果。

            When the surface temperature of the object exceeds 200 degrees, the acid source reacts with the gas source to generate nitrogen gas, and the carbon source will produce a carbonization reaction at high temperature to form a carbonized foam film. The nitrogen is foamed on the surface of the carbonized layer to generate a barrier. The heat and oxygen on the surface of the foam board can achieve the effect of flame retardant.
